[...] a manifesto for a new approach to mindful sonic performance as well as a document for an upcoming festival in Long Beach, California he is curating featuring artists who share the Slow Sound [...]
i read about slow sound in the district mag and it sounds amazing. i’d be sooo interested in performing sometime. i love slow sounds and manipulated silence. i think its so great to embrace the calmness of sounds. i’m in a band called tubby boots, but i’d obviously play different music. i’m going to attend the next performances of the festival. i’m soooo excited. if i’m not qualified or anything, just tell me to fuck off or something, but i’m still going to the festival. my e-mail is a great way to reach me. i’d love so much to audition or record some try-out or whatever. anyway i’d really love to perform or be a part (however small) of the slow sounds festival.
